Practicing English even just a little every day (15 minutes, 30 minutes, or more) will really help you improve.
- Use apps like Duolingo or Mango
- Watch some TV, movies, or videos with closed captions
- Sing out loud with some music while driving in your car
- Go to a free conversation class
- Make small talk with your neighbors
- etc. etc.
The key is to practice English every day.
